I joined Syndale after being advised to take a close look at my lifestyle by my doctors. It gave me the nudge I needed and I contacted Syndale to help me on the road to a healthy lifestyle!

 

I had previously been a member (before moving away) and knew the staff to be friendly and helpful and the facilities up to date. I had a 121 session and so far have lost 18kgs and never felt happier or healthier.
